The prices for hotel rooms and villas that are listed in the website include taxes, charges for all services and all other expenses.
The Company Althea Village maintains the right to change the listed prices in the website www.altheavillage.com at any time, without any previous notice.
Payments
For the reservation of hotel rooms or villas of the website the prepayment of the total sum is required via credit card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS or via bank deposit.
In case of charging a credit card the purchaser will receive through e-mail an electronic payment receipt.
For each reservation, there will be the respective electronic bulletin of reservation (voucher) which will be sent to the purchaser through e-mail and which the buyer has to present at the hotel or villa for the rendering of services.
Cancellations and changes
Extension of vacation
If the purchaser wishes to extend his vacation, during his stay in the hotel or villa, the company cannot guarantee that he will continue to stay in the same room, or in the same hotel or villa.
If the purchaser wishes to extend his vacation, before his arrival to the hotel, he must communicate in time with the responsible administrators of Althea Village.
Changes
In order to change the dates of his stay, the purchaser must communicate in time with the responsible administrators of Althea Village.
In case where the purchaser wishes to shorten the duration of his stay, there will be no reimbursement of money from Althea Village after his arrival at the hotel. In any other case, he will have to communicate in time with the responsible administrators of Althea Village.
Cancellation of reservation
If the purchaser wishes to cancels his reservation, he must communicate in time with the responsible administrators of Althea Village.
The purchaser maintains the right to cancel his reservation at any time, with the following sanctions:
Cost of cancellation of reservation No showing up of purchaser at the hotel 100% of the total cost of stay is retained Cancellation 0 – 30 days before the date of arrival at the hotel 100% of the total cost of stay is retained Cancellation 31 – 60 days before the date of arrival at the hotel 50% of the total cost of stay is retained Cancellation 61 days or more before the arrival Reimbursement of the total sum of the cost of stay
The reimbursement of the money by the company to the purchaser will be made either to his credit card or by bank remittance (the transfer expenses will be charged to the purchaser).
